1. Controller and scope
This notice describes the processing of personal data relating to visits to the IDEA4PET pages, contact through the details published on the site, and contact enquiries addressed to Lait Design Srl, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The data controller is Lait Design Srl, Via Carabioli 18/B – 25060 Cellatica (BS), Italy, VAT No. IT02065230993. For privacy enquiries: info@idea4pet.it.
2. Data processed
You may contact us by email or telephone using the published contact details. We process the contact details and information you voluntarily provide in your enquiry. There is currently no active contact form or newsletter registration on this website.
The hosting infrastructure may process technical data, such as IP address, request time and browser information, for operation and security. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2S1BJ6XLN2) also processes pseudonymous online identifiers and usage data, such as pages viewed, browser/device details and interactions, to produce audience statistics. Analytics is not loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google before your choice.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling enquiries: taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or the legitimate interest in answering other enquiries and maintaining professional contacts (Article 6(1)(f)), as applicable.
- Operating and protecting the website: legitimate interest in providing a functioning service and preventing spam and abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Audience measurement: optional Google Analytics 4 statistics, only after your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003). You may withdraw consent at any time through "Cookie settings".
Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing communications. Any separate contractual or administrative processing is subject to the information provided for that relationship.
4. Providing data and retention
Contacting us is optional. We need enough information to understand your enquiry and reply. Please do not send sensitive information that is not necessary to handle your request.
Enquiries are retained in the email system for handling and answering the request and any directly related follow-up. Once those purposes end, the data must be deleted unless retention is necessary for a resulting contractual relationship, a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Information about the criteria applicable to your enquiry can be requested from info@idea4pet.it. Hosting logs and email backups depend on the settings of the relevant services. Google Analytics event and user-level data are retained for the period configured in the Analytics property; the controller must verify that setting. The analytics cookies are configured to expire after six months, subject to browser limits.
5. Recipients and transfers
Enquiries may be accessed by authorised staff handling your request and by technical providers to the extent necessary to deliver their services. The website is hosted on Aruba Linux. If you consent to analytics, usage data are also made available to Google Ireland Limited and/or Google LLC, as applicable under the Google Analytics terms, for audience measurement. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the transfer mechanism applicable to the service. Email message contents are not sent to Google Analytics.
You can request details of the providers handling email, hosting logs and backups, any transfers outside the European Economic Area, and how to obtain a copy of the applicable safeguards by writing to info@idea4pet.it.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and, at any time, to direct marketing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise your rights, write to info@idea4pet.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Requests to exercise your rights receive a response without undue delay and within one month of receipt. If necessary because of the complexity or number of requests, this period may be extended by two further months; you will be informed within the first month, with reasons. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the EU country where you habitually reside, work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.
